Our founding team brings a wide range of experience and expertise across footwear, streetwear, hospitality, and technology that provides Funnelcake with a unique edge in building a new way to experience shopping.

Membership

What is Funnelcake?

Funnelcake is a private members club. Funnelcake members enjoy access to book in-store reservations and request items from our retail and consignment network.

Members also receive special benefits that include discounts, deals, and invitations to community events. 

How do I become a member?

Apply to become a Funnelcake member by completing the application process. Our team reviews applications on a daily basis and will notify you if your membership is approved. Referrals from other active members are given a priority.

How much is a membership?

We have various membership tiers available. After submitting your application, our team will recommend a membership tier for you to enroll in. 

How can my store partner with Funnelcake?

Apply to become a Funnelcake partner by completing the application process. We are currently only working with stores in Los Angeles but plan to expand to other markets in the near future. If you are not based in Los Angeles but are interested in working with us, please submit an application and we will contact you as we launch in your city.

Reservations

How does a reservation work?

A Funnelcake reservation allows you to experience shopping at one of our partnered stores in a unique and curated way. Once you have scheduled your reservation, you will be required to fill out a pre reservation form that will allow our store to best serve your needs.

How do I book a reservation?

Once you are a Funnelcake member, you will have access to book a reservation at one of the stores in our network in your membership portal. Upon deciding what store you would like to book a reservation, you can view the store’s availability and secure a timeslot that works for you.

How far in advance can I book a reservation?

Reservation availability is at the discretion of the store you are looking to book a reservation at. Reservation availability is subject to change based on holidays and store hours.

Requests

How do requests work?

Funnelcake members can request for desired apparel, footwear, or accessories. The requested item is submitted to Funnelcake’s network of stores to fulfill the request.

How do I make a request?

Funnelcake members submit all requests through their membership portal.

How long does it take to receive a response for a request?

Funnelcake responds to requests within 24 hours. If the request is not found after 24 hours, Funnelcake keeps the request on queue and alerts the member that it was unable to locate the desired item.
