Membership

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. If you are interested in cancelling your membership, please email support@funnelcakeclub.com. You must cancel 30 days before your next monthly billing cycle.

Can I upgrade my membership?

Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time. Please email support@funnelcakeclub.com to set up time to discuss membership options with our team.

Can I downgrade my membership?

Yes, you can downgrade or modify your membership at any time. Please email support@funnelcakeclub.com to set up time to discuss membership options with our team.

Reservations

What is the cancellation and modification policy?

You can modify your reservation up to 12 hours in advance. Please email reservations@funnelcakeclub.com for any reservation changes.

If you decide to cancel your reservation, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.

What is the minimum I have to spend for a reservation?

Each store has a different minimum spend. You will be provided with this information prior to you making your reservation.

Requests

Can I cancel a request?

Yes, you can cancel your pending request at any time before purchase.

Please email support@funnelcakeclub.com with the request item in the subject line to cancel your request.

Returns and Exchanges

Are all sales final?

It depends on the store you purchased from. Funnelcake follows our partner stores’ policies on returns and size exchanges.
